Sea Eagles

Every winter, Steller's sea eagles migrate from their breeding grounds in Russia to Japan, following the pack ice. These are the largest sea eagles and in winter they look for fish in the open water and also, like other eagles, steal fish from other birds. 

White-tailed eagles co-exist with Steller's sea eagles but are smaller. They often compete for food.
